How do I get to "the official Microsoft Rewards or Licensing portal."? I have win 10 PRO, so I chose business when I asked the ?. Was that incorrect?

It would be ideal if you responded to the verification email on file rather than this one. I will check this account also.

I just want to know HOW to get the option to opt in to ESH to pop up in settings.
