    Hello mon,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. From the error log that you provided, I believed that the main issue is from Symmetric Key Derivation Function version 'KDFV1' is invalid. This error usually shows up on PC with older system image or device that have been out of update for a very long time, to tackle this issue:

    1. Update Widows:

    • Open System settings (Windows + I) > Click check for updates and install all update that you can find
    • Restart your PC

    2. Update Drivers Manually:

    • Update TPM: Go to your PC's manufacturer website and look for a TPM firmware update then download and install

    3. Run the built-in troubleshooter:

    • Open Windows settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Look for Windows update troubleshoot > Run
