Xbox support not working / The request is blocked.

Hello,

Both in app and in browser, clearing cache on 3 browsers, using two different outlook accounts i cannot access anything related to Xbox support neither in web or app. It sure will accept my money but just denies help how am i support to request help when the function to request is not working , like this is the most microsoft problem i have encountered.

The request is blocked.

    Hello Marek,Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. I understand that you've been trying to contact Xbox Support but to no avail, and you've also clear browser cached, this must be very frustrating, but here's some workaround you can follow:

    • Use incognito mode/others browser: please try to access Xbox support using incognito/private tab on your browser or you can try it on your mobile phone's browser
    • Disable any active VPN
    • Try using another network, if you can access other Ethernet/Wi-fi please try switch to it or if you have hotspot on your mobile data plan, that's worth a try

    I went through a myriad of browsers: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera. All got the same error. Probably because they are all Chromium based?

    Only Firefox worked for me, specifically version 128.13.0esr . Try this as a different browser.
