Error in conversion rate with new Azure billing

The costs of my Azure subscription (both forecasted and retroactively) have suddenly gone up by a factor of ~10 in the Cost Analysis dashboard. It also applies to past months, so that the amounts in the dashboard and in the invoices don't match anymore.

I received an email in parallel from Azure, notifying me that my billing experience has been enhanced. Now everything is computed in USD before being converted to my billing currency (here CHF).

Could it be a simple conversion rate error ? Otherwise I cannot explain the retroactive effect of the increase.
