How can we have our display back to see the hours? The other day I don't know if it was an update but when put in a name it would say the time as well. Now have to scroll over it to see the times that are in for the person. How do I change back to this?

    Hi @Miller, Aaron

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the recent change in how time information is displayed in Microsoft Teams. I understand it was previously visible directly next to a person’s name, and now it requires hovering to view—this can certainly impact your workflow, and I’d be happy to assist.

To better understand and troubleshoot the issue, could you please help clarify the following:

    • Is this issue occurring in Microsoft Teams?
    • Are you referring to the calendar or scheduling interface where you used to see the time next to a person’s name?
    • Where exactly were you seeing the time before? Was it in the Teams calendar, meeting invite, chat, or another part of the app?
    • Are you using Teams on desktop, web, or mobile?
    • Did this change happen after a recent update or change in settings?
    • Could you share a screenshot or describe what you currently see when hovering over the name?

Please reply to this email with any relevant details at your earliest convenience. The more information we have, the better we’ll be able to assist you effectively.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
