Unable to Access Azure AD B2C Due to MFA on Lost Phone - Seeking MFA Reset

I created an Azure AD B2C directory that I can no longer access. After logging in, I'm prompted for MFA, but it was configured on my old phone that I no longer have.
I'm the only administrator, so I can't ask anyone to reset my MFA options for me. I tried creating a support ticket in Azure, but it wouldn't let me finish creating the ticket because our paid support plan belongs to a different directory and subscription.
Please help me reset my MFA for B2C tenant.
