I tried to use Xbox cloud gaming on my laptop ( with microsoft rewards open ) but it didn't work

Hi ,

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way; you have to launch the game on your PC through the Xbox app or console.

You can try launching the cloud game through the Xbox app to see if it will count the points on the console version.

I'm not sure if it works, but I've seen cases where you can log in with the Xbox app on your smartphone and see the games in the rewards, then complete the missions for the console and launch them in the cloud. I don't know if it works yet.

it doesnt count my points even tho i have the xbox app on my laptop i dont exactly understand y this is happening

Hi ,

Xcloud is usually a console. The points you earn for challenges pull from the console, as I mentioned. I don't know if it works today, and it wasn't for all games. I know it works when you get the missions on the platform. If you try to do it through Xcloud, it won't work, at least I can't say for sure today.

Logically, it wouldn't work.
