    Hi, good day!

When was the last time it worked properly?

Please try to restart the Print Spooler via Command Prompt

Open and run Command Prompt as administrator

    • To stop the service, type net stop spooler and press Enter.
    • To start the service, type net start spooler and press Enter.

If the issue persists, what is the exact make and model of your printer? Kindly give more details about the issue.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.
