If you have problem and need immediate support. Go to Contact - Microsoft Support: Contact - Microsoft Support

• In the search box, type your issue (eg."account issues") and press Enter.
• Scroll down and select the "Contact Support" or "Sign in to contact support" option. You can sign in using any other accessible email address you have.
• For "Product and services", select Microsoft 365 and Office or your product.
• For "Category", select your right category.
• You should then see the option to "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
