I am looking to contact, and convey a message to Xbox Enforcement, Can we have an open discussion?

I feel I am being harassed, false reported, and targeted by other players. I recieved an enforcement action for my profile picture. An alien in space smoking a cigar. I have had this profile picture for over 5 Years. I have recieved previous enforcements for inappropriate language a few times, And the profile picture was never an issue. The Xbox Community is dying, and becoming a shell of its previous self. It used to be an inclusive, and fun place where voice chats were lively. In 2025 not 1 person uses a mic in game because if they die and say the explicit word for poop, they have to be paranoid one, or a gang of players will team up and mass report them. That is exactly what happened to me. And I haven't even used my headset in 2 years. I understand keeping the Xbox Platform a family friendly, and safe space for all. But the enforcement team goes overboard, and punishes players who are just minding their own business, And not even communicating with other players. I feel I'm being targeted and harassed, And Xbox is doing nothing to protect me. And again, I understand wanting to be family friendly for younger community members. But Xbox is an All Ages platform. Adults should be able to use SOME adult language without the artificial hammer of justice is brought down on them. You're pushing me towards Playstation, or even PC. It hurts.. that this is what Xbox has become. I'd love to get in contact with somebody from the enforcement team. I want to get to the bottom of this and have an open discussion. Because my profile picture wasn't even offenses??? And it didn't violate any rules... how can we move forward as a community?

    Hey there, Malcolm Cowan

    Before the Microsoft community merged with the Microsoft Q&A community, there was a forum dedicated for Xbox. However, since migrating over to this community, the Xbox team wanted everything going through Xbox Support. hence why there is no forum for Xbox.

    You should have been directed to your Xbox Enforcement record which can be accessed here: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Once you have signed into your Microsoft account, you should be able to see your Xbox profile and your enforcement record. Please click onto the enforcement action you wish to learn more about, which will display the details of the action. If you are eligible, you will have an option to submit a case appeal which will be reviewed by the Xbox Safety team.

    Please be aware that Xbox support will be able to guide you through how to access your Enforcement record and how to submit an appeal. However, they do not have any access to enforcement records or have access to the Xbox Safety team.
