Problem connecting to one drive

When I try to open my Personal Vault I get the message "Problem Connecting to One Drive" Error code: 0x8004de40. I am able to access my other One Drive files. I have tried all of the web and You Tube solutions but still have the issue.

    Hello! Barbara,

    Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray → Settings.

    Go to Account tab → Unlink this PC.

    Sign in again with your Microsoft account. This re-registers Personal Vault as well.

    If the issue persists, check Date & Time:

    1. Personal Vault relies on secure certificate checks.
    2. Ensure your system date, time, and time zone are correct. (If they’re off, Vault login fails while normal file sync may still work.)
