Unable to view thumbnail for photo (JPEG or PNG) and video (MP4) in OneDrive dekstop

Hi, I was unable to see the thumnail for photo (JPEG or PNG) and video (MP4) few months ago.

This issue never fix until now. I had been google and also ask chatgpt how to solve this, their solution didn't help too.

Micrsoft please fix this issue ASAP, please don't treat your subscriptber as fool. Paying monies but when got issue, no one can help to solve!

This is really annoying as my work need to see and check a lot of photo, now I need to open OneDrive webs to check to photo and go back my file exploer to grab to photo/video again.

Really supper duper frustrated for this.

One more weird things is if I using another laptop, don't have this thumbnail n icon issue!

And I saw some of OneDrive user also have this issue.

Appreciated if you can fix this ASAP.
