I want my refund for a canceled order

I made 2 orders for a Surface Pro when I only needed one. So I canceled the orders/items I didn't need and waited for my products to arrive. My keyboard arrived, and I'm now waiting for the Surface Pro, but my bank account was still charged the full amount for both orders.

I've already checked my Microsoft order and transaction history to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and it only shows Microsoft charging my card the sum amount of my non-cancelled products.

Why am I still being charged for my canceled products?
