Our resources got blocked after not even 24 hours and minimal usage, without any reason given why, how to fix it and even with paid support, an answer after almost 24 hours with steps to solve it like: "[...] try reaching out through alternative channels such as the Microsoft Q&A forums".
It is unacceptable that we did not get any information on why exactly this happened, how to fix it and when right after it happened. If that happened in production, this would be the last time I have used Azure for any of our products.
I hope we can figure this out and prevent it from happening again.
