I saw that you have tried a lot of ways but still no luck.
May I know if you search in primary mailbox or a secondary mailbox?
You can try one of these:
- Update your Outlook
- Clear RoamCache: Press the Windows + R > Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook > Find the RoamCache folder > Delete all files in it.
- Rebuild Window indexing in Control Panel
