2025-08-27T13:17:38.1033333+00:00 Try opening Word and click File, Account, Update Options, Update Now. Make sure you have the latest Office updates.
In case it's a corrupt profile try creating a new Outlook Profile, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-an-outlook-profile-f544c1ba-3352-4b3b-be0b-8d42a540459d. When you start Outlook you can hold down the Shift key to switch between profiles or see what profiles you have.
If you cannot get far enough to create a new profile try creating a blank profile.
- Right click the Windows Start button and click Run
- Type the command below and press enter to create a blank profile
outlook.exe /pim blankprofile
You can always start Outlook by holding down the Shift key to switch between profiles.
