nvlddmkm.sys error with event id 153 crashing my game

A couple of months ago an issue that freezed my screen while playing apex legends started to happen and at the beginning it happened every 30 minutes or so. The issue had to do with the nvlddmkm.sys driver which reached too high latency and execution time from the latency monitor and it said that the event id is 153 from event viewer. This continued happening and i tried too many different things, spent a lot of hours trying to find out and solve my problem but never solved it. I tested and tried everything downloaded older graphic drivers, updated the game, underclocked my gpu and cpu, went onto the power settings and a lot of other stuff which at the end didnt work. I gave up at that time because i got really tired of spending so much time onto it. After 3 or 4 months i installed the latest graphic driver and updated the game once again but the issue keeps insisting. If anyone has the same problem as me and has found a solution please help me. Lastly i am 99% sure that it is not a hardware related issue and it might be that the windows with the graphic drivers and the game dont work well together because on other games i have no issue whatsoever but im not an expert. My PC specs are :

GPU Nvidia RTX 3060Ti

CPU Ryzen 5600x

RAM G skill 16 GB (8+8)

SSD KIOXIA Nvme 1Tb

PSU Force 550W

Motherboard GIGABYTE 550M DS3H

I run Windows 11 latest version at that day and latest graphics drivers version (581,08)
