Does the surface laptop 7 13.8 inch support eGPUs?

I’ve had my surface laptop 7 for more than a year now. I love it and it got me through my last semester of college. I’ve been into playing more video games recently and saw that I could buy an eGPU to help with the performance on games. I’m not super tech savvy but I saw razer has the new Razer Core X V2 and I was wondering if I could use it on my laptop to make gaming performance better? Or if not if there were any other eGPUs that I could use that someone recommends? That’s also if the laptop can even support it.
