Issues with autocomplete in Exchange 365

Hello,

I am expecting some issues with Outlook new and Outlook web, they not saving any new recipients addresses as suggestions when we send emails. For example if I send an email now and then try to send again to the same person, normally I type the first letters or the name and the email is shown, but now its not showing any suggestion. with outlook classic works normally, I now that its different from the web or new outlook, but I need that to be working in the new outlook. what can do.
