I created a storage account without key based access as it's mandated due to SFI. Then i created function app and selected the previous storage account. I've disabled the file share option during creation. I selected managed identity (create new identity) option in the last step during FA creation.

Could you please refer similar issue.

Resution1: We're missing the following setting in your environment,

When you're using the new programming model, enable the following app setting in the local.settings.json file, as shown here:

JSONCopy

"AzureWebJobsFeatureFlags"

Once added, you function will show appropriately.

I created my function through the portal after I ran into issues with using the Azure Tools VS Code extension. Upon doing this, this setting wasn't propagated from the local.settinsg.json which did have the setting during deployment.

Doesn't seem to be working. here is how the local.settings.json looks like: (I added Line 4 as mentioned in your comment)

I also added it in environment variables of function app:

No luck. Still nothing.

Added the AppSettings also WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE=1 and restarted, still dont see anything
