Hello, thank you for sharing the error message.

Error 500 can be caused by various reasons. You can try a few solutions below and see if you can sign in.

    1. Use incognito mode - Click Ctrl + Shift + N to open incognito mode on any web browser and sign in with your Outlook account - https://outlook.live.com/
    2. Clear your browsing History, cache, and cookies. Click Ctrl + H to open History, and select the checkboxes for Cache, Cookies, and History. Click Clear browsing data.
    3. Log in using a different method - Go to http://office.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials. From the left pane, select Outlook from the list of apps.

If you're still experiencing the same error, please use a different browser or connect your device to a different Wi-Fi network such as Mobile hotposot one, and see if you can sign in normally.

May I please know if you are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password.
