Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, this error message typically means that either the browser or network environment is preventing the request from reaching Microsoft’s servers. Could you please share information about if this is with the outlook app or Xbox site on a browser?

In the meantime, if this is the Xbox app, please try the next steps:

    1. Press Win + I to open Settings.
    2. Go to Apps.
    3. Select Installed apps (Windows 11)
    4. Find Xbox in the list.
    5. Click the three dots.
    6. Choose Advanced options.
    7. Scroll down to the Reset section.
    8. Click Repair first.
    9. If that doesn’t work, click Reset.
    10. Restart your PC and sign back into the Xbox app.
