    Hi @Joshua Paiva,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

Based on the information provided, it appears the picture was uploaded successfully. Could you please share the screenshot with me again so I can further investigate your case?

Additionally, I’ve checked on my side and still see the option to cross-post to multiple channels. Could you confirm if you notice any differences on your side when following the steps below?

    • In the new post box, go to the top-right corner and select Settings > (Post in) Multiple channels.
    • User's image
    • Then, click + to add additional channels to your post.
    • User's image
    • Choose the channels you want to cross-post to or use search to find a channel. You can post wherever you're a member. Select Update to save.
    • User's image
    • Type your message and select Post. This sends your message to all the channels listed above the subject field.

Additionally, if the problem persists, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Reinstall Teams – uninstall the Teams app, then download and install the latest version. This refresh often restores missing features.
    2. Change layout – go to Teams Settings > Chats and channels, then switch between “combined” and “separate” views. The toggle can appear again after changing layouts.
    3. Check with your Teams administrator – your organization’s update policy may disable or hide the toggle. An admin can verify in the Teams Admin Center.

For Microsoft’s official guidance on posting to multiple channels, please see this article: Cross-post a channel conversation in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

Please keep me updated after trying the suggested steps above. I look forward to your response.
