My Staff page does not dispay all users in Administrative Unit

I have created multiple Administrative Units and assigned the Password Administrator role to the appropriate staff. I am getting reports from one of my larger AUs, 1500+ users, that they cannot find some users in the mystaff.microsoft portal. Either via search or in the user list.

I have validated the reported users are in the AU, and have been for for a month or more in some cases. And I have validated the search and list do not display the users in question.

I have found that I can search by username and reset the users password.

What is the fix to this display issue?

Hi, this is an interface limitation, not a data limitation: My Staff only lists ~1000 users per Administrative Unit, and the search filters only on that subset, so in large AUs (1500+) some users don't appear even though they're members; to manage them: search with full UPN (user@domain) or use the direct link mystaff.microsoft.com/users/<objectId>, otherwise operate from the Entra portal (the role's AU scope remains valid). Mitigations: split the AU into smaller units (e.g., by department/area), verify that the role (Password/Authentication Administrator) is actually scoped to the AU and active, wait 30–60 min for any caching, and test in an InPrivate window to avoid browser caching.
