    What method did you use to perform the upgrade to Pro, did you purchase the Pro upgrade licence by clicking 'Go to the Store' in the Activation settings window?

    Open the Settings App, then go to the activation settings, what version of Windows is currently installed, is it the Home, Pro or Enterprise version?
