Dear aseman,
Regarding your description, Activation Across Builds Windows LTSC editions are designed for specialized devices and scenarios where stability and long-term support are critical. As such, each LTSC build is treated as a distinct product version. Product keys are specific to each build and cannot be used interchangeably. Once installed, the build cannot be changed without a full reinstallation, which ensures consistency and reliability in enterprise environments.
Access to Older LTSC Versions Older LTSC builds are typically available through the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) or Visual Studio Subscriptions, depending on your licensing agreement. If you do not currently have access to these portals, we recommend contacting your organization's licensing administrator or IT department. They can assist with download access and product key retrieval.
If you possess a valid license but cannot access the necessary downloads or activation keys:
- Reach out to your Volume Licensing administrator to confirm your permissions.
- If your license was obtained through a Visual Studio Subscription, ensure your subscription level includes access to Windows LTSC. You can learn more about product key availability on Microsoft Learn.
Warm regards,
Harry Phan
