To cancel the subscription, please sign in to the Microsoft account where the game pass is active on account.microsoft.com > Subscriptions > locate the subscription, then select "Cancel Subscription"
If it doesn't show up, the active subscription must be on your granddaughter's account. She will need to manually cancel it on her end by following the same steps I provided above.
