I found the issue - the "unique records" in the property sheet had been changed to "No" - I changed that back to "Yes" and I am able to run the query again.

I am trying to run a Delete query in Access that I have run many times before. Now it gives me an error that says it cannot delete from the specified table and then says the organizations administration turned off the service required. I am the administrator for this system and I need to know how to turn back on whatever was turned off so I can run my queries.
I have the Microsoft Office Professional 2021.
