Unrecognized charge to my bank account

I received a charge of $11 to my bank account on July 28, 2025. I did not recognize the merchant ID so I disputed the claim. Was it from a Microsoft Office billing partner?

Merchant Name:

WM2TMBOBZBHZJIL

Merchant Address:

REDMOND, WA, 98052

Bank Charge:  $11   on July 28, 2025 unrecognized and disputed charge for refund

The bank deactivated my debit card and issued a new one. I assumed the charge was from you so I update my payment method to the new card and changed my plan to the basic plan for $1.99/month. The confusing part is that in June the $11 charge was identified as Microsoft Office (see below).

Merchant Name:

Microsoft*Microsoft 365

Merchant Address:

425-6816830, WA, 98052

Charge: $11 on June 30, 2025

Please clarify. Thanks. Betty Anderson, home subscriber, ******@gmail.com
