Azure "Mobile Phone" attribute on user profile is not being properly updated from our HRIS Saas platform (Rippling)

We have an HRIS SaaS platform (Rippling) we are using to update our Azure user Profiles. All the information is correctly updated from our HRIS platform to Azure user profiles except for the "Mobile Phone" attribute.

For some reason the information that should normally go to the "Mobile Phone" attribute in Azure is going to the "Identity" attribute on the Azure user profile.

We have reached out to Rippling (the HRIS platform) to report the issue, but they have showed us their software is correctly pushing the information to Microsoft and is mapping the attributes correctly. They told us to reach out to Azure about the issue with how they are interpreting the information and updating the user's profile.

Is there someone versed in how the mapping occurs and how we can fix this issue on our Azure tenant side?
