This issue happens when there is a miscalibration with the display driver. Moreover, the Microsoft Basic Display adapter is unable to support Valorant, as you need a dedicated GPU (Nvidia, Intel, or AMD). Do you have a dedicated GPU/Display? If yes, please let me know the make and model, since the PC is unable to detect your graphics driver. Let us run a clean installation of the GPU driver.
