Windows 11 version is 22H2 so how do I get updates? The update says reached the end of service.

That's correct. Win11 V22H2 has reached end of support in Oct 2024. What end of support means is that updates will no longer be provided, so, you wouldn't be seeing update option from Windows settings.

Download and run the installation assistant tool, then choose the update option to get caught up.
