Microsoft Certification Issue

If your certification is not showing up after passing the exam, here are a few steps you can take:

1. Check your Microsoft Learn profile: Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to register for the exam. You can view your transcript and certifications under your profile page.
2. Allow time for processing: It can take up to 48 hours for exam results to sync from the testing provider (such as Pearson VUE) to your Microsoft Learn profile.
3. Contact Certification Support: If it has been more than 48 hours and the certification still does not appear, you can submit a support request here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/support.
