Recovery of a Hacked Microsoft Account Compromised via Malware with 2FA Enabled.

My Microsoft account was hacked on August 10th via a remote access malware I installed by mistake. Therefore, the hacker gained access to all my accounts on my computer. The only account I've not been able to recover is my Microsoft one. The hacker changed alias twice, changed the password, and even added a 2FA.

The Microsoft Recover Account form explicitly states it cannot help with accounts that have 2FA turned on. Still, I keep trying to prove my authenticity, since I have no other clue as to what to do. I've done this two times already and immediately got rejected. It's clear this email has been hacked due to its suspicious activity. It even has a new recovery email that ends with @belettersmail.com and I searched it up and it's all related to online scams. I don't know what to do!

When a Microsoft account is hacked and the hacker changes the associated Email, if 2FA is enabled on the account, then that account is usually not recoverable, and the only option is to create a new Microsoft account, then if you had any purchases on the hacked account, because this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you would need to contact Microsoft Support directly to ask them to move the purchases to the new account.
