I can't access my microsoft office purchase - not sending me a code to my mobile so set up an authenticator which is now stuck in a loop.

I just bought a microsoft office purchase - and it won't let me access it. Doesn't send a code to my phone and when I set up an authenticator asked for a code for that. I did have an authenticator for my work but deleted the app as it was sending me random codes every 10 seconds or so which meant I had 100s of messages. At loss of how to access my purchase. V odd as it goes to my email so you would think if it goes there and I use that link it would be fine.

    1. Do you have any additional verification methods, such as a recovery email address, to confirm your identity?
    2. What happens if you request a verification code to your phone number? Do you get any error messages, or is the code not received on your phone?

    Did you check if your phone isn't blocking texts from unknown numbers?
    Check your blocked sender lists and clear them.

    Alternatively, you can try a different web browser or use incognito mode and attempt to request the verification code on your Phone number. Sometimes, connecting your Mobile data network and requesting the verification code might also work.
