    Hi @Anne Krizzia Elevado

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I am sorry to hear that you are facing an issue where the uploaded schedule isn’t visible

To better understand, may I clarify:

1.Please confirm whether you are the shift owner of that schedule?

2.Based on the screenshot you shared, I don’t see any groups displayed on your Shifts screen. Could you provide me with step-by-step details of how you created the shift?

3.If you have successfully shared this shift with a team using the "Share with team" button, can the team members see the shift normally?

4.Have you tried on Teams web version? Is it working properly?

In the meantime, if the issue occurs only in Teams desktop app, you can try Clear Microsoft Teams Cache by follow these instructions based on your operating system: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

The first response may not perfectly meet your requirement, but help me come closer to your situation

Once I get the information, I will try my best to find the next steps

Thank you for your patience while we work through it
