Hi, open the Azure portal → search for Cost Management + Billing → Billing Profiles: in Overview, see the Amount Due (open balance); go to Invoices/Documents, filter (if necessary) Status = Due/Paid and Date = Custom → 07/24/2024–today, then Download statement for each month and any unpaid invoices; to see the exact costs for the period, use Cost Management → Cost Analysis → Date Range = Custom (07/24/2024–today) and, if necessary, export to CSV. If you are an EA, download statements/invoices from the same blade (or from the EA portal, if used); if you purchase through a CSP, the invoices/statements are provided by the partner (you can still view the costs in Cost Analysis). If you don't see profiles/invoices, apply for a Billing Reader/Invoice Manager role (or higher). In short: Balance in Overview, documents in Invoices, detail by date in Cost Analysis.
