Cannot create new Microsoft 365 Developer subscription after previous one expired

My previous Microsoft 365 Developer subscription expired, and I cannot create a new one. The dashboard shows my subscription as deleted/expired, and the "Set up subscription" button is not available. Please reset my profile so I can register again.

Additionally, I was never able to fully configure the sandbox because I could not sign in with the admin user * PII Removed *.onmicrosoft.com. The system always returned "account not found." As a result, I could not complete the initial setup.

What steps can I take to reset my profile and create a new subscription?

Although my previous sandbox is now marked as expired, it was never properly set up. I was unable to access the tenant at any point due to login issues during the initial setup.

In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried deleting and recreating the sandbox. However, this has resulted in the subscription being marked as expired, and I am no longer able to create a new one.

I do not have access to any other Microsoft account that qualifies for a new Developer Sandbox. Therefore, I kindly request a full reset of my Developer Program profile so I can start fresh and properly set up a new sandbox environment.

Thank you very much for your support.
