    Good day @Nguyen Xuan Bach

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

Thank you for providing the information. To make sure we are aligned, might I confirm:

    • _Are you using a personal (******@live.com, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) or business account (@domain.com)?
    • Has this issue just occurred, or how long has it been happening?
    • Do you know anyone else who has the same issue as you?
    • What type of mailbox or recipient are you currently using?

(User Mailbox, Shared Mailbox, Resource Mailbox, or something else: Recipients in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn)?

Your detailed information will help me address your issue better and provide further assistance.

During waiting for your confirmation, from the image you shared, I can see the following error:Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa2.Server.Core.OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException

This error typically means that your account either:

Does not have a mailbox set up in Microsoft Exchange, or

Has not been assigned the necessary license to use Outlook or Exchange Online.

Please kindly contact your IT Admin (if you are using Business or Educational account) to check these steps:

    1. Check your license assignment

Please make sure your account has a valid Microsoft 365 license that includes "Exchange Online". You can check this by visiting https://portal.office.com/account and reviewing your license details

If you don’t see Exchange Online listed under your assigned licenses, your IT admin need to assign the correct license to your account.

Add users and assign licenses in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    2. Verify mailbox setup

Your account must have a mailbox created in Exchange. If it hasn’t been set up yet, your IT Admin will need to create one.

Create user mailboxes in Exchange Server, create Exchange mailbox, Exchange Server create mailbox | Microsoft Learn

In case you are using an educational account (@university.edu) and you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Looking forward to hearing from you
