Hi everyone,

I received a 50% discount voucher to take some Microsoft certifications, and I’d like to use it for the PL-300 exam. However, I noticed that the voucher was sent to my organizational account (@albaughbrasil.com.br), and I’d prefer to register for the exam with my personal account (@gmail.com), as recommended.

Could you please confirm if it’s possible to use this voucher from my organizational email with my personal account?

Thank you very much for your support!

Best regards,

Victoria

    Dear Victoria,

Microsoft certification vouchers are typically tied to the account (email address) used during registration for the qualifying event or learning program. If the voucher was issued to your organizational account (@albaughbrasil.com.br), it may be linked to that identity within the Microsoft Learn system. However, you can still use your personal account (@gmail.com) for exam registration by linking both accounts in your Microsoft Learn profile.

    To do this:

Sign in to Microsoft Learn using your organizational account.

Go to Settings > Account Management.

Select Add account and sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

Once linked, your Learn profile will recognize both identities, allowing you to redeem the voucher with your personal account during exam scheduling.

Please ensure that the voucher is still valid and that the email used for the original training or voucher issuance is associated with your Learn profile at the time of redemption. If you encounter any issues during the process, we recommend contacting the Microsoft Certification Support team for direct assistance.

    Warm regards,

    Domic Vo
