How do you contact anyone at Microsoft?
I've now had for two days a resource blocked in the AI Foundry. The error message reads:
"Your resource has been temporarily blocked because we detected unusual behavior."
Now having tried to resolve this issue from the first instance I noticed it, it has become clear that it is an issue Microsoft needs to clear. Here things take a very unfunny turn when trying to reach Microsoft support.
I tried opening a ticket to which the customer service agent just responded that it's none of their business since I didn't have a Developer plan yet. Fair enough. I upgraded to a Developer plan and suddenly the whole Help & Support part in the Azure Portal has become a complete joke. Every bot generated response is jus to the same Q & A page where it becomes evident Microsoft needs to unblock the resource.
So, now I'm here posting the same question as others before me, are you here Microsoft? How can I unblock my resource?
