Had enough trouble using 365 on ipad, now your shoving copilot etc on me.

I dont have a CHILD TAG but your system filled in online server—dont know what that even is

BEEN USING 365 PERSONAL FOR MANY YEARS. Even before that for many years had MS for my windows computers!!!!!! Almost exclusively using word. Been asking ya’ll numerous times why the top of screen options or headers are not related at all to using with ipad ios. I cannot do what i want because it doesnt look like regular 365. Even though i keep dnloading 365 mobile app all the time. Nothing ever looks or performs anything like what ios users want and need. Its not USER FRIENDLY esp for 80 year old who grew up with plain old word. I have only an apple iPad Air, latest version m2, DO NOT HAVE NOR CANT AFFORD A COMPUTER.

`FIRST Y’ALL DONT MAKE IT EASY FOR IOS users, BUT NOW YOU’RE FORCING US TO learn more technical processes—copilot, etc. which old people dont understand, nor need nor want —-i just want to save files and ACCESS /edit them easily on my ipad. Plus, caring 24/7 for disabled hubby i dont have the time nor desire to learn anything complicated. Just let me have word—-even though im paying way too much to use word only. I will need someone to work with me one on one (LIKE APPLE OFFERS PERSONALIZED ON DEMAND SUPPIORT——FREE) so i dont get any more confused and exasperated. Hopefully after all these years of paying overinflated subscriptions you should be able to accommodate me
