Azure DevOps Test Case Bulk Upload with Parent-Child Relationships

We are facing an issue while uploading test cases using Test Plan → Suite-based upload. Even though we specify the Parent ID (User Story) in the Excel template, the relationship created is always “Tests” instead of “Parent”.
The problem is that when we create a tree query, these test cases do not appear under the User Story if the link is only “Tests”. They only show up when the User Story is set as Parent for each test case. With thousands of test cases, manually updating the Parent for each one is extremely time-consuming.
Is there a way to achieve this correctly through Excel upload? Am I missing something?
