Bought Windows 11 to download and my computer will not support it..Refund $147.34 7/5/25 PayPal

I purchased Windows 11 through Microsoft on July 7, 2025 to download and when I went to download it, my computer does not support it...I would like a refund of $147.34 to my Paypal account...
