Microsoft is blocking emails from specific domains

I have had confirmation from an external company that is trying to email me that Microsoft are blocking the email from getting to my inbox. The error they get is:

"Recipient's policies restrict messages"

I have been advised to contact Microsoft support, so I opened a ticket to talk to a support agent who was unable to assist me, and advised that I spoke to a Outlook Support Agent instead, but I ahve been able to actually contact one of them as it keeps telling me that I have to get community help with my problem.

I appear to be having the same issue as the user in this post:

Any ideas on how I can actually get this resolved?

    Hello

Is your email address a personal outlook.com/hotmail.com address, or a work/school issued email address?

Can you please share the bounce email the sender received? It contains important diagnostic data that helps shed some light of the root cause. Feel free to redact personal information when you share.
