No more Azure grants for non profit?

I'm the sysadmin for a very small non profit for which I built the whole MS based infrastructure. This was only possible thanks to grants: we couldn't have afforded it with our very limited resources. Today, I got another email from Microsoft (the first one about our 365 licenses), informing us that in 2 weeks our grants would be no more. Is this the end of an era? Is MS diverting resources from allowing non profit entities to survive using their services to investing in AI that many have no interest for? Isn't the humongous price increase users had to swallow enough??? I am extremely upset and disappointed.
