Refund the additional £25 that you have taken from my bank account for Copilot - I do not have a subscription to this service and have not agreed to it, so you have no authority whatsoever to have charged for it. It is a service that I have not used and have no intention of using.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this. May I also check and confirm if you have a subscription on your Microsoft account? You can check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/servicesand login using your account.

It also looks like that the payment method you have previously used might have been caught somewhere where you have just recently used it and caused this unauthorized charge/use and it is also recommended to reach out to the bank to get your account and the card temporarily blocked and request for a replacement to avoid further unwanted charges.

If there is a subscription, you can also request a call back by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168171in case you are having trouble cancelling and getting a refund, or you can contact the support team below.
