I have imported my campaigns from Google into Microsoft ads. The email both accounts are setup with along with the Super Admin for Google Merchant center is the same across the board. When I go to import I get this error: You don't have the permission to edit this import schedule. You'll need admin access with merchant ID: 133119419 and when I try to Import Now: ImportScheduleImportTaskErr

I have never ran into this issue before and before I spent time waiting in a chat or phone queue wanted to see if there was any help here first.

    Hi Megan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform! My name is Jefferson, and I will be assisting you with this query.

It looks like you're running into a permissions issue while trying to import your product feeds from Google Merchant Center to Microsoft Merchant Center. The error message "You don't have the permission to edit this import schedule" or "ImportScheduleImportTaskErr" suggest that the account you're using may not have the necessary permissions tied to the specified merchant ID.

Here are a few steps you can try to potentially resolve the issue:

Third-party import ownership: If the scheduled import was created by another agency linked to your account, you won’t be able to edit or delete it. Instead of using the existing schedule, consider initiating a new import.

Google account changes: The error may be triggered by a recent password change or access modification in your Google account. Starting a fresh import can often resolve this.

Browser-related issues: Sometimes, the problem may stem from your browser. Try clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, switch to a different browser.

For step-by-step instructions on importing feeds from Google Merchant Center, you can refer to this guide: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/ads/en/56870/1-500. It walks you through the entire process clearly and should help you get set up smoothly.

Our support teams are happy to discuss your account in more detail via phone, chat or email to provide review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

I hope this information helps resolve the issue. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support. I have also sent you a PM in case you have any questions.
