The agent attempted various troubleshooting steps, including disabling and re-enabling two-step verification, guiding the customer through remote assistance via Quick Assist, and instructing on scanning QR codes and managing passwordless login settings. Unable to successfully add their account to the Authenticator app or complete recovery using backup data.
