    Hi @L Mkhize

Thanks for reaching out with the error details. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. I know how frustrating that can be.

After reviewing the error details, this does not appear to be a simple technical glitch or password-related issue. The specific error UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError suggests that your account may not currently have a license assigned for mailbox services within your organization’s Microsoft 365 system.

Here are a few steps to help resolve this:

    • Ensure you are signing in with the correct Microsoft 365/Exchange account.
    • If your account is managed by an administrator, ask them to check in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to confirm that an Exchange Online license is assigned to you.
    • If a license is already assigned, your administrator should verify in the Exchange Admin Center that a mailbox has been created.
    • Once any updates are made, sign out of Outlook Web Access and log back in.

If you have already tried these steps and the issue continues, please let me know so I can help coordinate further troubleshooting or escalate the matter.

I hope this gets you back on track quickly. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions after speaking with your administrator.
